- Tuesday Oct. 30th Candidate Fair @ Briarwood Park Friends of Briarwood Park will be hosting a candidate fair from 6:30 – 8:00 pm for ALL candidates running for Mayoral and Council Seats. Held in the gym, candidates will set up tables, meet and answer questions from the public. - Clean up Day Saturday Oct. 27th Saturday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Friends of Briarwood Park are hosting a clean up day. We will be focusing on the undergrowth in front of the Park. Dress accordingly and bring your Loppers, Pruners, and any tools you might have to attack the vines. Don’t forget your Gloves and Insect Repellent. - Friends of Briarwood Park meet at the Park the first Tuesday of each month from 6 – 7pm. We generally have a guest speaker and then follow with Park business.
- During the campaign process for City of Brookhaven Mayoral and City Council Seats elections, Friends of Briarwood Park have hosted forums where citizens can come together and meet candidates and ask questions of them. These forums are held each Tuesday from 6:30 – 7:30 pm. The final meeting being Oct 30th
